Toby's Bio...
 Pastor
Toby was born and raised in a small town outside of
Dayton Ohio. He is married to Jennifer and
has three children Luke, Emma, and Ava. He enjoys spending time
with his family, playing with his kids, and playing guitar and piano.
Toby attended the Texas Bible
Institute and graduated with a General Biblical Studies Diploma, and has
a Bachelor of Ministry degree through the Word of Truth Bible Institute.
Toby is currently enrolled at Berean School of the Bible.
Toby has ministered in various
settings from a small town to large metropolitan cities. He has
ministered in churches where the size of the congregations ranged
anywhere from 50 to 2500.

Assembly of God in Fresno, CA where he served as the Pastor of
Discipleship and Business Administration.

Harvest Church in Germantown, Ohio as an Associate Pastor and the
Teen Pastor.
- Youth Pastor of
Trinity Chapel Church in Austin, Texas
- Associate Youth
Leader and Singles Leader of Calvary Temple Worship Center, in
Modesto, California.
Pastor Toby has been serving as the
Senior Pastor of Ocean Pacific Church since September 2004.
